Rehadapter Mk-II fits the iPad 10.9 inch (10th Generation). IPad not included. Features include:

• Built in voice-optimised, loud and clear speaker for amplification to ensure you are heard in noisy environments.
• Durable scratch, shock and drop resistant case made of reinforced plastic with rubber bumpers surrounding the iPad to absorb impact. It meets all the requirements for a medical product and has a rating of IP22 and is drop tested to 1m. 
• Portability is supported with built in rubberised handle for comfortable grid and a shoulder strap. The case includes a universal device adapter plate for mounting. Optional protection sleeves and carrying bag are available.
• Adjustable viewing angle using the built in kickstand or mounting options.  
• Alternative access options. Switch access is supported with integrated 3.5mm switch jacks to connect up to two switches for scanning. Attachment points are available for additional access equipment such as an eye tracker or head mouse. 
• Innovative keyguard system which allows the keyguard to be clicked in place without the need for an additional holder. This unique system can be set to three different levels of pres­sure to better fit the client’s needs: easy toolless, semi-permanent, or permanent (requiring tools for removal). Keyguards are made of thick plexiglass and can be customised for the app being used. A custom keyguard needs to be added to the order if required. 
• Carefree battery life which lasts twice as long as the iPad. 
• Magnetic charging cable which self-aligns when connected.

All orders are processed within 1 business day after receiving payment via our website, or via bank transfer. You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped.

The products are delivery through express delivery s which can arrive as fast as 2 days depending on your location. 

There are no shipping charges for all Australian Orders

International Shipping

There is currently no international shipping available. 

Pick up (WA only) only on selected items.

Check Order Status

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which include a tracking number you can use to check it status. 

If you haven’t received your order within 5 business days after your shipping confirmation email. Please contact hello@superyoutech. au with your name and order number, and we will investigate for you.

RETURNS

We have a 30-day Returns Policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition and packaging as when you received it
• have a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your request to make a return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and organise a return of the product and provide a replacement if required. 

Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered damaged. Certain types of items cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you secure what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

NDIS ORDER

Please be aware that it may not be possible to process refunds for some products purchased with NDIS funding. The eligibility for a refund is determined by factors such as the specific product(s), your plan type, and NDIS policies. However, we may be able to facilitate an exchange of the product(s) with another one(s) of similar price, as per our policy.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded in accordance with your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
