The Enabler Bed for is a device that allows controlling up-down movements of the head, feet and bed height through an alternative controller for people that have difficulty using a standard bed remote.

The Enabler Bed is installed into beds with digital Linak Open Bus or analogue Linak beds between the bed's motor and its standard remote. The standard remote can continue to be used while the Enabler Bed is in place.

The Enabler Bed can receive radio frequency (RF) signals from a range of compatible controllers that support alternative access methods. Users will be able to use their preferred access method such as large button, switches or direct touch of a phone, tablet or high tech communication device.

Compatible controllers include the Control +, Control Button, Control USB and Control USB RF and the Control Pro. The radio frequency signals movement are programmed into the controller and when activated, wirelessly send the signal to the Bed Enabler to control the bed function.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION

The Enabler Bed BJ-219-OB from Qinera is designed for Linak digital Open Bus beds and can also be used for analog Linak beds. Contact Superyou Tech to check the compatibility of the Bed Enabler with your electric adjustable bed. 

The Enabler Bed requires a compatible remote to send radio-frequency codes to the Enabler Bed. Compatible remotes include Control USB, Control USB RF, Control +, Control Button and Control Pro

All orders are processed within 1 business day after receiving payment via our website, or via bank transfer. You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped.

Domestic Shipping 

The products are delivery through express delivery s which can arrive as fast as 2 days depending on your location. 

There are no shipping charges for all Australian Orders

International Shipping

There is currently no international shipping available. 

Pick up (WA only) only on selected items.

Check Order Status

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which include a tracking number you can use to check it status. 

If you haven’t received your order within 5 business days after your shipping confirmation email. Please contact hello@superyoutech. au with your name and order number, and we will investigate for you.
REFUNDS & RETURNS

RETURNS

We have a 30-day Returns Policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition and packaging as when you received it
  • have a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your request to make a return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and organise a return of the product and provide a replacement if required. 

Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered damaged. Certain types of items cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you secure what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

NDIS ORDER

Please be aware that it may not be possible to process refunds for some products purchased with NDIS funding. The eligibility for a refund is determined by factors such as the specific product(s), your plan type, and NDIS policies. However, we may be able to facilitate an exchange of the product(s) with another one(s) of similar price, as per our policy.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded in accordance with your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
